Fees
I offer a free Mutual Assessment Session, subject to availability, lasting up to one hour.
The Mutual Assessment Session is not a therapy session; instead it is an initial meeting where we can both get a sense of each other. You can use this time to outline the concerns that bring you to seek therapy as well as ask any questions that you might have.
I will listen carefully and gather information about your present day situation, your childhood and your family history. This process enables a decision to be made about whether we can work together and, if so, what that work may encompass.
Depending upon my current caseload there are times when I keep a waiting list, this may mean that when you contact me I might not be able to meet with you straight away.
Each session with me lasts for 60 minutes.
My fee for individual psychotherapy and counselling sessions is £60.00
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
I offer three low cost therapy places to people experiencing hardship e.g. on a low income or in receipt of benefits. If you wish to enquire about a low cost therapy place please make this clear so that we can discuss this.
I offer a concessionary rate for students in psychotherapy and counselling training.
I offer a free mutual assessment session to practitioners seeking supervision.
My fee for supervision is then £60.00 per hour, with longer sessions pro rata.
Payment can be made by back transfer.
